Shipping & Delivery
We normally process orders within 1-2 business days. If one or more of your items is backordered, then we hold the order until we have every item, unless otherwise specified. We ship via UPS Ground and/or USPS Priority Mail. Other shipping options are available upon request. Delivery is dependent upon UPS and/or USPS. Every package is trackable, but once it leaves our facility, we cannot control the delivery time.
Returns & Replacements
Washington's Reserve will issue refunds ONLY for products returned unused & unopened within 60 days of purchase. There is a $15 restocking fee on all returned orders unless otherwise agreed upon. WE DO NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES. If you receive the wrong product or items in your order we will replace at no cost.

Upon receipt and approval of returned items, a credit will be issued. Credits will appear on your bank statement in 5-7 business days.
Ordering
Ordering can be done online or over the phone. If you are having issues with the ordering process, please contact us and we will be glad to assist you.  
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept check and/or money order. If you would like to place an order paying by check please call us to confirm the grand total with shipping. Upon sending your payment in, please write down your order information along with shipping address and contact information. We strive to give you the best price possible. If you did not receive your agreed-upon price, please contact us, and we will correct your order. Pricing and promotions are scheduled to change, and we reserve the right to refuse any past promotions or pricing discounts.
Viewing Orders
If you wish to view your current order and/or previous orders, please visit "My Account" and log in.  Here you will be able to view your order history.
Updating Account Information
Updating your account information is easy. Just visit "My Account," and you will be able to view your current information. We do not store financial information at any time. Please make sure your account information is correct upon ordering.
